Hydro-mechanical cleaning of oil heating furnace coils
During the operation of tubular furnaces, salts accumulate-stone, paraffin and coke deposits on the inner surface of the coil. These can be organic and inorganic substances. This leads to a decrease in heat transfer, a decrease in throughput, a reduction in the life of the coil, and an increase in flue gas consumption. These malicious processes lead to coil burnouts and emergency situations up to the ignition of the product
Hydrodynamic tank cleaning
Tank containers have proven to be the only acceptable for storing, collecting and transporting oil and products from it. It is durable and efficient, but all its qualities are lost over time due to improper maintenance. It is for this reason that, in order to avoid the wear of expensive equipment and the creation of emergency situations, the operating regulations prescribe regular cleaning of the container in which oil products were stored.

Among the pollutants that are most common in oil pipelines, it is worth mentioning paraffin deposits. They lead to a decrease in the flow section of the pipe and even to a complete blockage of the oil pipeline. Paraffin deposits occur due to the cooling of the transported oil, as well as due to its physico-chemical properties, pressure drops inherent in the pumping process, and the physical process of paraffin precipitation from petroleum products.
